Returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund you within 28 days.

Please include

• The name of the item being returned, as described on the website
• The reason for your return

Please return the item in an ‘as new’ and saleable condition in it's sealed, and secured, original packaging.

Returns should be sent to – Llys Meredydd, Waunfawr, Caernarfon, Gwynedd, LL554YY.

In the interest of hygiene, we cannot always accept return of some products.

We reserve the right to decline returns of goods that have been opened and used including soaps and skincare products.

Please package items for return securely and reuse any protective materials to prevent damage.

UK orders may be returned free of charge.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order , we require email notification of any cancellations . Our cancellation policy is that you have 14 days from time of purchase until after delivery of goods in which to cancel your order and return your goods in saleable condition, for refund.

As soon as we have received your returned goods in their original condition, we will process your refund, this can take up to 28 business days before the refund is complete.

Currently we only ship to the UK . Most orders are shipped via Royal

Mail Standard Delivery at a flat rate of £4.19 , per order , which includes a 2-7 day

delivery service to Mainland UK . Alternatively, we may use a courier service such as UPS or DPD

when required for larger deliveries. We do not currently ship internationally .

Shipping costs are subject to change in accordance with ongoing Royal Mail and Courier

service rates.

This product is intended for use as a cleansing soap for external topical application.

Some essential oils contain known allergens , in these cases they are listed on the labels and on the website under ingredients.

Always read ingredients list before using this product .

Keep way from eyes and mucus membrane.

Keep out of reach of children.

As labelled discontinue if irritation occurs.

Handmade soaps last longer when dried between uses.

Lather the bar between hands rather than keeping under running water for longer usage.

Both colour and fragrance of our soaps natural ingredients will fade over time.
